    1. People can have higher blood pressure, are more vulnerable to infection, and can have Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
    2. Time slows. People eventually adjust to a 48-hour cycle: 36 hours of activity followed by 12 hours of sleep.
    3. Light, sound hallucinations and sensations of touch.
    4. They found it hard to shake this altered sense of reality.
